私もお気に入りの海外ドラマTOP3に入るぐらい好きで、毎シーズンハラハラドキドキしながら見ていました。

終わってしまって本当に残念…

そこで今回は、PLLロスに日々悩まされている(？)私が、プリティリトルライアーズシーズン7を一番安く見る方法をご紹介していきます。

公式の予告編でもこの言葉が使われていましたね。

このドラマの世界観を表すのにピッタリです！

ここで特に注目したい英単語が「decades」と「among」。

・decades… 数十年

decades を複数形ではなく「a decade」にすると、十年という意味になります。

歴史などの話をする時は「ten years」ではなくこちらが使われますね。

・among… ～の間に

「between」と使い分けが厳しいこの単語。

among は固有名詞などがはっきりしていない、集団などに使われるのが特徴です。

between は逆にAさんとBさんの間、などの個々がはっきりしている時に使われますよ。

話の途中で車の扉が開き、スカイが固まりながら「ハイ」っていうのが可愛かったです（笑）

「You cannot」や「You will not」のように敢えて略さずいうことで、より訴えようとしているのが伝わってきます。

一人じゃ解決方法は見つからない。
でも何百人という人が知恵を持ち寄ればなんとかなる。
それって素敵だとおもう。パズルみたいでね。

メリンダメイ推しの私にとっては、かなり辛いエピソードでした(T_T)

ここで注目したいのは、やはり何度も出てくる「Let go」というフレーズ。

Let go と聞くと、アナと雪の女王の「Let it go」を思い浮かべる方も多いのでは？

Let go には多くの意味がありますが、ここでは「彼女を手放す」という意味で使われていますね。

彼女は違うと言った。自分の世界はこれから始まると。
小さい頃ずっと里親の所をたらい回しにされていて、自分は誰にも求められていないと思っていたが…
だが実際は自分はずっとシールドに守られていた。こう言っていたよ。 “家族はずっとそばにいた”と。
人間不信に陥りそうな事実を受け止めて、彼女は私の心まで癒してしまった。
世界は悪意や嘘、苦しみ、死に満ちている。
逃げずに向き合うしかない。
問題は試験が訪れた時にどうするか、どんな人になるかだ。

スカイを助ける可能性があるなら、例えそれが100万分の1でも仲間の為コールソンはいく。私達にはあのような人が必要よ。
それに別の選択肢よりずっといいわ。

意外と知られていなかったりするのですが、ネイティブスピーカーがよく使うフレーズなんです。

意味は「意味をなす」「筋が通る」「辻褄が合う」「道理にかなう」など。

日本語に訳すと難しい言葉に聞こえますが、使えると意外と便利です。

ぜひ覚えて使ってみてくださいね。

願う、望むという意味のある「hope」を思い出させる英単語ですが、ニュアンスが少し違うので注意です。

「願わくば」「期待を込めて」という意味で使われますよ。

感情を表に出さないメイを見て、ウォードに怒ってないのではと言うスカイ。

そんなスカイに対してメイが言ったセリフです。

ウォードに爆発したスカイとは違い、大人なメイです。

実際この後叩き潰していましたしね（笑）

ここで注目したいのが「furious」。

激怒した、怒り狂ったという意味があります。

怒りを表す単語「angry」より、更に怒っている時に使いますね。

FBIの犯人の行動分析に長けたプロファイラー達が、残酷で難解な事件に挑む警察ドラマです。

シーズン数は12とかなり長めですが、基本的に1話完結のストーリーなのでどこから見始めても楽しめますよ。

また登場人物も面白い人ばかり。

私は特にFBI特別捜査官のモーガンとテクニカルアナリスト（PC担当の捜査官）のガルシアの掛け合いが面白くて大好きです（笑）

凶悪事件を専門に扱うFBIを舞台にしていますので、あまりグロテクスな物が苦手な方は厳しいかもしれません。。。

英語の表現やスラングが古い

ことです。

フレンズが放送されていたのは1994年から2004年。

10年放送された人気海外ドラマな上、30分のコメディ＋放送禁止用語が使われていない、ということで英語の勉強に最適と言われていました。

しかしそんなフレンズも、もう10年以上も前のドラマ。

今は使われていない言葉も沢山使われています。

また古いドラマな為、同じドラマのファンと一緒に語り合いもできません。

どうせ見るなら、現地のドラマファンと英語で語り合いしたくないですか？

噛みそうな名前のキャラクターです（笑）

2011年から放送されているリーガルドラマです。

弁護士が出てくる法律系のドラマというと堅苦しそうですが、スーツは全くそんなことありません！
